I have a friend (and frequent opponent) who has an unfortunate tendency to glamourize/fetishize horrible historical and/or fictional figures based on their ruthlessness and... iron-fisted-ness?

I told him I was going to convert him a new HQ for his Imperial Guard, based on one of his current "favourites". It also happens to be a person I'll massively enjoying removing from the table every chance I get.

So, can anyone figure out who this model is supposed to be?
