I inquired about the transfers and got no response. I am sure they are decals because they are all too perfect to be free hand. Anyone out there know how to make these, who can either do it for money or write up a how to for me so I can try to make them? Just get the art you like, do several test prints on regular paper to make sure the size and facing are correct, and then print on the decal paper. Once the ink is completely dry (give it an hour or so to be sure) seal it with a spray on matte varnish. Testor's Dullcote worked very well for me.
