Custom decals/transfers. How or where can I get them/make them?

So I have asked this question a couple of places. I offered in the swap shop and on Bartertown to pay someone to make me some transfers for Space Marines of various sizes. Shoulder pads through large vehicles like Knights. I know what I am looking for exists. I would like the Stark sigil from the GoT series (not the book inspired sigil).

I know at least the person from Toyz n the Hood on facebook has some because they posted this.

I inquired about the transfers and got no response. I am sure they are decals because they are all too perfect to be free hand. Anyone out there know how to make these, who can either do it for money or write up a how to for me so I can try to make them? Thanks!

You can get decal paper for inkjet printers.

I've not tried it myself, but the one warning that kept coming up when I looked into it was that you need to seal the ink with a coat of varnish or be extremely cautious when applying as the ink would run when it got wet.

I know Testor's makes a good inkjet decal paper and there are a few other manufacturers as well.

Just get the art you like, do several test prints on regular paper to make sure the size and facing are correct, and then print on the decal paper. Once the ink is completely dry (give it an hour or so to be sure) seal it with a spray on matte varnish. Testor's Dullcote worked very well for me.

Then just cut them out and apply as you usually do.
