Anyways here is the list, please tell me what you guys think and maybe how I could improve it.

This list is more towards the side of casual competition, so while i want to do good with it, it's not going to be used for tournies or against many spam or cheese lists.

Also any tactic suggestions would be great too!

So the idea is that the primaris will go with conscripts to cast divination (unless he gets 3 on divination, can't remember what its called.)
The wyrdvan psyers will likely prescience the tank commander. Both regular infantry squads will be in reserve so they can come on mid-game and help with any obj capturing or dealing with enemies who may happen to be in my deployment zone. Everything else will be on the field with the Manticore getting the best LOS block and the regular Leman Russ and Wyvern sitting behind the ADL with likely the PCS and 1 vet squad.

The conscripts will obviously move forward, hopefully getting first rank, second rank fire with prescience to unload a lot of dama, they will also draw a lot of heat and might be able to tie an important unit up. My Tank Commander will likely split fire if in cover, if not he will most likely use the shoot and smoke command.
