The other glaring issue is that your troops have absolutely zero means to do anything at all except shoot at grots. They require special and/or heavy weapons, or don't bother at all.

My recommendation is to turn the four infantry squads into four vet squads, and use the 70pts from the platoon command squads for special weapons. At least two plasma or melta for each vet squad.
