also termies without transport are slooooooow and easily avoidable by 75% of the armies out there... take the asm with jump packs and give the LR to the termies rather. termies in a LR usually charge turn 2..... plus your 200pt av12 flier isn't in hover mode where las/missile can turn it into dust
