Also, you can only have 3 options for fast attack. Out of the bikes, daemons, and 2 heldrakes, id suggest losing the daemons. Then with you points you free up on that, put some more bikes in, and maybe 2 more plague marines in each of your rhinos (although i too run 7 PM's with the rhino).

Unless you're trying to hit a 2500 point threshhold, id say get rid of the prince and the daemons and see what kind of points you end up at, and then maybe just try and fill out 2000.
I've found, with CSM, that after 2000 points, id rather ally with daemons or necrons or something, because i dont think theres enough great units in the CSM codex to get you past 2000 pts.

Daemon allies are pretty cool. I have a nurgle 2000 pt csm list that i do daemon allies with, but the allies are tzeench instead of nurgle. I tried to do a big fluffy list but having a herald of tzeench is just too strong, and pink horrors are amazing at holding objectives.
Also consider maybe looking at necrons, or tau for allies.
