With TLAC you want to stay away and shoot the infantry, Heavy Bolters do that a lot better.

Drop 2 assault marines to afford it upgrade to hbs and you have 9pts spare. Grab a set of mbs.
This gives you 5 more marines with vet stats rather than just a solo priest.

Single Meltagun is lame, spamming special weapons is what the HG can do well!
