New to site, not so new to paints/etc

Soo...hi...I am new to the site but not really new to painting models. I have been painting on and off for the last good while, but haven't had time lately due to school, etc. I decided to get back into at least painting, as I'm incredibly shy and not really ready to put myself out there to join a game Anyway...I noticed that some of my paints have dried up...I managed to salvage a couple, but was wondering if I could get a good recommendation (or two) for replacements as I noticed things (and paints) have changed since I first started...I need something comparable to the following:

(all of these were GW paints so I would like to stick with those as I have just started building up my paint collection again)

Chainmail
Boltgun Metal
Tin Bitz

And something close to Flesh Wash.

Thanks in advance and I will go throw up an introductory post shortly

The colors aren't all the same, but here's a good conversion chart.
I like the P3 flesh wash a lot, it would be worth looking into if your local hobby shop carries the Privateer Press P3 line. (I also really like the Armor wash.)
