Consider putting some heavier firepower into your infantry squads- maybe put those missile launchers into the infantry. I would also agree drop kell, and drop your psykers to level one. all you really want is presicence. and adding your HWS into the infantry blob makes them cheaper and better protected.

Also remember if youre using creed to work the quad gun you are only going to be able to use MoO on what you are shooting the quad gun at.

look at adding the lascannons to the russes, they are your Anti tank after all, add the priest over the commisar.
