You have Vox in all the troop squads but not the command squad. They are hardly worth it in my opinion.

Why only 2 special weapons per vet squad?

Dont forget that larget blast is twilinked iirc.

Also I would recommend dropping pask in general too unless he is your warlord. The preferred enemy he and his squadron get with his warlord trait seems like wasted points if you couldnt use it. So swap him for the standard TC.

Also as others mentioned you have to have a vox in the sending unit and one in the receiving unit in order to work. Also the tempestor can only issue one order but scion squads within 12 or 18'? Yea I was hoping the tempestus command squad would be useful for veteran orders too. But you may have a point with getting rid of them...
