HQ
Lord Commisar w/ carapace armour, power fist, bolter - 95 pts
Tempestus Command Squad w/ power maul, bolt pistol, grenade launcher, medi-pack, standard (This I may drop), vox caster - 130 pts

Troops
10 man Scion squad w/ 2 melta guns, bolt pistol - 150 pts
10 man Scion squad w/ 2 plasma guns, plasma pistol - 175 pts

Fast Attack
3 Valkyries each w/ lascannon, multiple rocket pods - 435 pts

My main concerns with this list are a lack of bodies and deployment options. Minus the commisar, would this make a good allied detachment? I'd most likely have each squad in a valkyrie and have them come in and deploy to wherever I need them. You only have a vox on the command squad so its pointless.
The standard is kinda pointless since you have the lord commissar.
