				<title>Black legion decals</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I am painting some black legion and i am having trouble with the decals. The decals on their shoulders are not flush with the shoulders and I don't know if it's a bad decal or if it's something I'm doing wrong any suggestions would help (I would rather not waste decals or spend time hand painting the eye of Horus on their shoulders]]></description>
