I'd sooner put those points into changing the second command squad into a normal black knight squad. Give them a free launcher and then use the spare 18 pts somewhere else.

Also why do you have ccw scouts? Shotguns are a little silly but fine w/e. Bolt guns are decent, ccw walking scouts. No no no no no.

Sniper rifles, bolt guns, shotguns are how I would arm scouts. They can't stand up in a fight as is.

The mace is very powerful in my meta as I play a lot against Chaos (which would then make it AP2 at Int). The second Ravenwing Command Squad is helping me save points and believe it or not my CCW Scouts have done their justice more than once in combat plus they will be outflanking for late game objective contesting.
