SoB because I liked their idea; to me they feel like they're only ones who are heroically defending humanity but still very much human. I've never liked the idea of superhuman awesome gunslingers, and the Imperial Guard Astra Millitarum have always felt too much like 'tanks and living cover saves for said tanks'.
