Stormbolter Acolyte kitbash help needed

I've been looking into a good way to make stormbolter acolytes for a while now, and it seems just using GW parts won't do. And simply saying "these guardsmen count as acolytes with stormbolters" is dreadfully boring. I want be able to field squads of 10 acolytes without any one of them in a single squad to have all the same bitz as any other guy. Having three times the same guy is fine as long as they're not in the same squad, but still, I'd rather not if at all possible. The parts I'm currently planning on using for 30 acolytes are;

Pig iron kolony rebel heads (20pcs)
30 of these maxmini heavy machine guns to be converted into S. Bolters
1 Company command squad
1 Catachan company command squad
1 box of cadian shock troops
1 box of catachans
2 boxes of tempestus

Now, I'm not entirely happy with this list honestly, and I was hoping there was a company that sold plastic/resin (not metal) torsos that would fit guardsman arms (or just have seperate arms available that fit that torso) for mounting the S. Bolters. Most bodies that I've seen have the arms/gun attached to it, which I don't want. Does anyone know where to get anything of the sort? I was going with the whole idea that no two acolytes are the same and have them unique in at least some way.

And some of these other parts are also fantastic.
