Manticore:
-4 turns of shooting as opposed to 1
-More reliable (No roll to fire)

Deathstrike:
-Cheaper (160 as opposed to 170)
-AP 1 as opposed to 4
-More survivable (Side AV 12 as opposed to 10 and ignores crew stunned/shaken)

What do you guys think?

In my opinion, in a small game, the manticore is better, its more versatile, yiu get D3 large blasts each time you fire and it is still strength 10. In a larger game, the apocalypse blast on the deathstrike is really good, but it is just one shot for 160 pts and you're not guaranteed that you will ever get to fire it.
