				<description><![CDATA[ Make it 1 shot regardless of the weapons <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(381);'>RoF</span>, or ability to shoot more than one weapon.<br /> <br /> Make it have a choice of Normal <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> at Initiative10 with no close combat attacks allowed that turn for the shooter or using <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> 1 before the assault move like now but limit the close combat attacks back to Initiative 1.<br /> <br /> Do not allow overwatch if the unit is pinned, or has gone to ground.<br /> <br /> Alternatively:<br /> <br /> Make overwatch simply make it a difficult/dangerous terrain move to get into combat, maybe have a modifier to the Dangerous Terrain roll by the amount of shots fired/weapon type fired at the assaulting unit.<br /> <br /> example rapid fire and pistol weapons make the roll a -1 to the roll per every 10 shots fired.  A template weapon is -1 to the roll for the first and every 3 after, and assault weapons(that are not also template) make it -1 per 5 shots fired.  These are just example numbers, after looking at them it might be a bit ruff and adjustments will need to be made to make it balanced/work right.  A natural 6 will always pass the Dangerous Terrain Test.]]></description>

				<title>Idea for overwatch</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Every Assault Army player I have talked to tells me how broken the Overwatch rule is.  I don't really see a real problem, as melee is quite powerful(once you are stuck in).  The tons of shots that orcs get is really bad against lightly armored assault units though.  Assaulting Orcs with Wyches is suicide.<br /> <br /> I actually believe that Assault armies problems stem from the transport rules, and the random charge range, rather than the assault rules themselves.]]></description>

				<title>Idea for overwatch</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I like 7th ed change of -2 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span>. I also hope you have to take an initiative test to do overwatch.<br /> <br /> I could also see not being able to fire heavy weapons, unless you're relentless. <br /> <br /> I could agree with a pinned unit not being able to fire, however I see a unit that has gone to ground still in a firing posture. I know they're the same things in the rules, but separating them may not be a bad idea.]]></description>
