The standard IG kit only contains a flamer and a grenade launcher as special weapons and I don't know where to get plasma guns and more importantly, meltas. I know forgeworld has moulds for those but where I live (HK) nothing gets shipped for a price I'm willing to pay (I would normally have to pay around $300 HKD for a product of the same cost online, hence I don't really order online)

Another pointer is that if you are using Catchatan the Space Marine melta guns will also work for those guys too.

I also have done a tutorial on converting guardsmen special weapons from nothing but the contents of the standard Cadian infantry kit. Might be worth a gander if you don't want to spend more money.

I can't recommend them enough! They're much more reasonably sized for guardsmen than the GW ones.
