				<title>Proposal to fix conjuration powers</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ This could potentially fix other problems as well, but for now it won't affect much else.<br /> <br /> Only Psykers with a Mastery Level of 3 or higher may generate or use psychic powers requiring 3 Warp charges or more.<br /> <br /> This would slow down conjuration lists, but still let any Psker conjure something (the herald), and that's balanced by losing wounds.<br /> <br /> Summoned daemons also couldn't summon much, as they wouldn't be Mastery Level 3.<br /> <br /> The only other power this affects so far that I found is Vortex of Doom, which is a D shooting attack, so it should require skill to use.<br /> <br /> Constructive Criticism welcome. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ It definitely helps but it wont really be a hinderance to daemon factories since they are spamming ML3 psykers anyways even in the troops slot via horrors. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Unless I'm missing something, the codex doesn't say what mastery level Horrors are. According to the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(13);'>BRB</span>, that means they're Mastery Level 1 as a Brotherhood of Sorcerers.<br /> <br /> Magic Made Manifest alters the amount of warp charges, not the mastery level.<br /> <br /> Thus they are still Mastery Level 1.<br /> <br /> <br /> <span style="font-size: 9px; line-height: normal;">Automatically Appended Next Post:</span><br /> Unless there's an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(36);'>FAQ</span> I'm missing on Daemons.]]></description>
