				<description><![CDATA[ Replace the bold paragraph under the heading 'GENERATE WARP CHARGE' with the following:<br /> <br /> At the beginning of the Psychic Phase add up the total mastery level of all Psyker units (from both sides) currently on the tabletop (including those embarked on transports or inside buildings). Each player takes that many dice to form their Warp Charge Pool. Each player then rolls D3 and adds that many dice to their Warp Charge Pool.<br /> <br /> This approach makes it more difficult for one side to dominate the psychic phase by bringing large numbers of psykers. It also limits the effectiveness of any unit which exists only to provide cheap warp charges. It shouldn't cripple psyker-heavy builds however and should generally result in more psychic powers being manifested.]]></description>
