Chapter Tactics Combinations: Need Feedback

Just trying to think of cool combination of the Chapter Tactics just provided in Codex: Space Marines for idea for unique chapter tactics. Here's some of them I came up with (or rather thought would work good together from a lore standpoint), to which I'd like your guys constructive feedback on whether you think these combinations are balanced or not and why. I'd also like to hear the ideas you guys have come up with for new combinations of Chapter Tactics using the chapter traits present in Codex: Space Marines.

"Knight Crusaders" (Born in the Saddle + Crusaders)
Idea for a Bretonnian-style of Space Marine chapter, combining the Crusader Chapter mentality with a focus on bike units.

"Flying Dragons" (Flamecraft + Winged Deliverance)
Cool concept for a very dragon-themed army, with a lot of focus on jet pack units and flamers.

Iron Warriors (Machine Empathy + Siege Masters)
Seemed like the perfect combination to create a loyalist Iron Warriors-like force.

I'm not sure I understand.

Is this chapter tactics that are two for the cost of one? In that case, no they are not balanced, as they are getting far more than any other and reduces the chapters with just one of those tactics to uselessness.

Not tournament legal, but just looking for input as to whether these new combination of two traits from seperate Chapter Tactics, in combination with each other, are balanced.

EDIT: To further clarify, lets take the Iron Warriors example above. The new "Chapter Tactics" of sort would just confer Siege Masters and Machine Empathy, it would not confer Bolter Drill or The Flesh Is Weak.

I use C:SM for my Iron Warriors, and personally I think the Machine Empathy + Siege Masters is a great combo to match rules to fluff for them.

I don't feel like any of these 3 are OP at all. The Iron Warriors one would be decent, and Knight Crusaders and FLying Dragons seem fairly tame.

Re:Chapter Tactics Combinations: Need Feedback

I did that with my Iron Knights chapter tactics.

Chapter Tactics (Iron Knights):
Grand Duelists: When engaged in a challenge, Iron Knights characters re-roll all failed To Hit rolls, have the Rending special rule and inflict Instant Death on To Wound rolls of a 6. Roll saves against these attacks separately. The Character with the highest Weapon Skill (if two or more characters are tied then the controlling player must select one) in any Assault with this special rule must always issue a Challenge in an Assault if possible.

Its Accept any Challenge No Matter the Odds and Headhunters from the Executioners chapter tactics.
