Alright so I'm creating 4 armies that will become the forces of agria. They're a military force that fights the High Lords of Terra and the Ecclesiarchy. They utilize experimental technology that they've either created, traded, found, or stole in order to attempt to bring the emperor back and to return the Imperium to the state before the heresy.
They're led by the Rouge Inquisitor Armond Braddock (using Coteaz ruleset)

The Factions:
Eldar (Eldar / Eldar Corsairs)
Color Scheme
Primary Blue, Secondary Black, Cloth White
They're led by Farseer Nefriel (Eldrad) (going to convert her like this http://hootingintotheabyss.blogspot.com/2013/06/female-farseer-conversion.html )
The rest are pretty strait forward

Steel Talons (Astra Militarum)
Green, Khaki, Black
Led by Magos Levana (Yarrick) (Any suggestions for a cool female techpriest conversion?)
Which model for the Guardsmen Cadian Shocktroops or DreamForge Eisenkern Stormtroopers?

Iron Wolves (Space Wolves or Space Marines?)
Charcoal, Yellow, Black
Led by Inquisitor Bran (Don't know who he should be yet)
They fight in small fireteams of 5-6 men strong and are augmented super soldiers that were created by the use of experimental tech (so in other words i can have female marines)
Which Model for the Marines: Legion Mk.IV , Anvil Industry Exo-Lords, or Dreamforge Valkir Heavy Troopers (I like the Valkir, but don't know the legality of most tournaments).[u]

I got a really good idea on how to make the henchmen, but am still undicided on the Marines.

So the question is what is your opinions on the project.
Any suggestions on the models and color schemes? I plan on using GW models for the tanks and vehicles.
Am I Crazy?

Clip of the front magazine on the rifle and they look rather similar to the assault rifle from halo too.

So for the Forces of Agria this is what i have so far in design.

Iron Wolves (Codex Space Marines / Space Wolves, I will have a universal base unit as well as the "special" units on the side)
Color scheme based off of Halo 4 Spartan IVs (from the Campaign) : Charcoal & Yellow
Models
- Marines : Legion Mk.IVs , Anvil Black Ops Exo-Lords , or DFG Valkir
- Terms : Legion Tartaros or Legion Cataphractii

Steel Talons (Codex Astra Militarum)
Color scheme based off of Halo Marines : Olive Green & Khaki Brown
Models
- Veterans : Cadians w/Respirators, Elysians w/Cadian Respirators, Anvil Grenadiers (Just have to figure out how to make Special Weapons) , or DFG Eisenkern stormtroopers
- HWTs : Cadians , Elysians , Anvil (GunTractors or Ajax Exos), or DFG Eisenkern Support Weapons

Seekers of the Dawn OR Corsairs of the Dawnlight (still working on the name for the Codex Eldar army)
Color scheme based off of the Halo Elites : Blue & Black
Models are just going to use mostly the normal GW ones, but I'm using Reaver Jetbikes with guardian parts for my windriders.
Already started assembling the Eldar forces, cause they're easy.

Thanks for helping me along with the design process, its just a matter of finding the right models.
By the way you wouldn't know a way to make a Multiped tank like the ones seen in Ghost in the Shell or the new Call of Duty game.
That would be interesting to see tanks that can separate the tracks to act as a walker.

Veterans : Unity council Marines
Veterans with special weapons Unity Council Tracer Exo-Mechs (easy to convert with Exo-lords energy weapons)
Veteran HWTs : Unity Council Ajax Mechs
Scions: Republic Grenadiers (yeah the ODST style System Troopers are awesome, but i think ill just use stock grenadiers)
Scions with Special Weapons: Republic "Raider" mechs just going to put Exo-lord ionrifles (plasma) and Fusion cannons (melta) on the should (predator style)
for the tanks i think im going to use Secret Weapon Minis Rapid Assault Vehicles

Which terminators do you think would fit this army design, I'm torn between Legion Tartaros, Legion Cataphractii, or my personal favorite, but a lot harder to convert Death Guard Grave Wardens.
Next question robed, black ops, or skull heads for the Thunder wolf cavalrymen?
Oh and Im not going to use that "spaceBoot" i think i'll just have to have a Storm Eagle to convert up instead.

Terminators = I'm going to use Legion Tartaros Terminators, just will have to make my "Grimnar" & "Arjac" models custom to make them different.

Rune Priests = anvil industry, renaissance torsos & medieval parts with robed heads, just going to add tactical pouches left over from the Black Ops troops

Hunters & Fangs = anvil, Black Ops Exo-Lords (already have a ton of these bits now )

ThunderWolves = thunder wolves with Anvil robed heads, chain glaives, (Spartan or Riot Shields?), Renaissance torsos, and medieval arms

Dreadnoughts = FW Contemptor Dreadnoughts

Rhinos = I plan on getting 4 predators magnetizing them so they can work as Rhinos/Razorbacks , and 2 whirlwinds magnetizing them as well. Then giving them all FW Reinforced Armour

Land Raiders = adding reinforced armour! and then magnetizing them to be all three variants

Drop Pods = 2 with magnetized doors

I'm using 5 KR Cardcases to store these guys, and I still need to fill half a Cardcases. I don't know what else I should add in, bikes? More infantry? Or some more vehicles?
