The point of the Knight isn't to be fluffy, however it doesn't violate the fluff at all. The Knight is included because I think Tyranids are more competitive with allies. I simply chose an ally that wasn't opposed to the fluff. I could make a better Army by allying Necrons, but Tyranid Necrons are not fluffy, while Tyranid Knights are.
