You know, I don't really look at it as "camo," I guess I should rephrase. They wear those colors to say "we love fighting in jungles, try us" rather than "we will just hide in a bush even though we wear PA"

I do have a chapter backround though. As obvious, they excel at jungle warfare and additionally they have the finest scouts the Adeptus Astartes have seen. Their scouts are a bunch of superhuman boltgun weilding rambos.

Speaking of which, what I am going to say relates nicely with this. Many people believe SM's never bother to use cover. That is actually quite false. SM's have learned how to make good and effective use of cover ever since they rose from the ranks of the 10th company. A SM never assumes his PA is all he needs because right when he does, a railgun or gauss cannon smakcs him in the chest and he dies.

Camo would only help SM's, not as well as it would help IG or scouts but it wouldnt be a con either. People seem to forget that the astartes are there to inspire allies just as much as they are to install fear in their enemies. You cant do either, hidden away.

And I never said SM's hide, even when they do wear camo. They just wanna display their strengths.
