5x Tac Marines

Here are the models I have to work from WYSIWYG that are Legal for the Killteam:

2x Ravenwing Attack Squad W/Flamers
2x Ravenwing Attack Squad W/Melta
1x Ravenwing Attack Squad W/CombiFlamer
1x Ravenwing Attack Squad W/CombiMelta
2x Darkshroud W/Heavy Bolter
14x Tac Marines w/Bolters
4x Tac Marines w/Las Cannons
2x Tac Marines w/Plasma Cannons
1x Tac Marine w/Plasma Gun
1x Tac Marine w/CombiPlasma

The Libby cannot be taken since no HQs are allowed.

My understanding of KT is that speed and maneuverability is better than sheer firepower since the table is smaller. I would think your RW bikes would do well in that environment.

Take a good look at the Specialists and try to combine USRs and models/gear that will complement each other (plasma gunner and preferred enemy for example or lightning claw and fleshbane, etc...)

Your DAs already come with the Stubborn USR and your RW have a bunch of special USRs themselves so build a small unit of RW bikers or Knights and create some cool specialists, I think that should get you on the right path.
