That said, I have some thoughts, in no particular order than what I saw -

1. I really don't think relic blades are worth the points, especially considering they sacrifice the AP value. Personally I'd drop and put them elsewhere, perhaps in more honour guard.

2. Drop Pods - Only spotted two. Odd numbers of pods are better at producing a greater Alpha Strike, especially when you have 3, where 2/3 come in. I'd suggest your have one more pod, from the melta tac squad or stick them all in rhinos.

3. What's the plan with the Centurions? I imagine they're doubled up with Tig, but if they're going on foot with only 24" range, they'll likely be a target.

4. Calgar, same as the Centurions. More 2+ Armour, but a likely target without a transport.

5. One vindicator? Likely to be targetted and killed early on. Recommend dropping it or swapping the predator for another one.

6. I can't comment on the GK really, but I'd suggest that Marneus and HG have that role covered, from the looks of them. Personally, I'd allocate those elsewhere.

7. AA. Now in smaller games, a Talon would be enough (arguably). But in 3k, I'd suggest one more at the very least. If not a Raven.

Calgar is in the Land Raider Crusader with TH/SS Termies.
Sternguard drop in and secure the objective, but the Tacticals would drop to support other aspects of my force where they are struggling. They weren't made for Alpha Strike.
I like having the GK for fluff and for the extra Terminatpr Armour/psychic powers.
