				<title>1500 Pt Eldar Ulthwe Army</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ So I've made my 1st attempt at a 1500 point Eldar list with NO aspect warriors, that's a 'fluff' based rule I set for myself. Here it is, comments and critisism is wanted. I personally really like flamers and would like 2 more if you can find 10 points to spare. This list has A LOT of psychic capability, and a lot of pinning weapons (kinda the theme). Farseers go with the Guardian Defenders, and I will try to keep enemy pinned (should be more likely with Wraithfighter and psychic powers)! 				<description><![CDATA[ Well, its not a bad list.<br /> I'd drop one Guardian Defender unit and give the remaining unit on foot a Serpent. <br /> Serpents should have <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>tl</span> scatterlaser, underslung shuricannon, and holofield. Nothing else.<br /> Warwalkers are better equipped with dual scatterlasers. More bang for the bucks.<br /> I'd also give one Farseer a jetbike and eventually drop the other one. A Jetseer would be fast enough to bolster shooting.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Looks like a fun classic Ulthwe army. It's not competitive but it will give most competitive armies a run for the money just by being Eldar. It's a great list for a casual setting as it isn't too over the top and is fluffy.<br /> <br /> If you can make Storm Gaurdians work then more power to you. I find that flamers and close combat weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side.... uh I mean no match to guardian defenders with catapults. If you give each of the warlocks in the Wave Serpents a spear with 10 Guardian Defenders you'll find there's almost nothing they can't at least hurt if not kill.<br /> <br /> Don't rely on pinning. It's a neat trick to throw out but don't expect it to do much and be happy when it does work.<br /> <br /> Also, if you want to remain within Ulthwe fluff but add a little more power to your heavy support, try out Dark Reapers and fully upgrade them. In casual settings they are quite fun.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ So why is the Ghostwalk Matrix no good for the Wave Serpents? Dont they need to move to get the increased cover? If I keep them in a ruins and moving that's a 3+ with no dangerous terrain test, right?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ It IS good. People argue about Serpent wargear, but if you take a Scatterlaser on the main turret and Holofields, it's your call whether to take chincannon, GWM or both. I take both if I have the points and leave the Ghostwalk out if I don't. ]]></description>
