They aren't identical in appearance to the DKOK, but they do have respirators. You could probably use DKOK models with some modifications to represent them. Have you read the passage from SoV Pt II where a bunch of Death Korps flee the battlefield and kill their Commissars? It's an interesting read

But in and of itself there's no fluff on DKoK looking traitor regiments

Nice try, but no.

There's nothing about them turning Traitor, only a singular instance breaking discipline and are then assigned to penal battalions.

They don't run to the other side a la-Space Wolves and the Wolf of Fenris.
