Couple of suggestions though. The DDA tends to be a bit hit or miss, but combined with a stalker get's much more accurate, with twin linking and all. If you are going for a shooty list, a pair of Anni barges would give you more dakka and more resilience.

Re the scarabs, four bases is really only useful for light tarpitting work and you'll have to play them really carefully. Swapping them for another lancetek would probably work better. Use the spare points to give the overlord weave for the 2+ tanking save. The gauntlet is an interesting choice in that it is short ranged. I'd probably just go with the standard SoL myself, but would definitely try and find points to give the Overlord Phaeron, cos then you can rapid fire then assault.

Don't need the Lightning Field on the 2nd Stormtek. They're not going to be assaulted till they are out of the GA, and it won't have enough of an impact to change anything.

Drop the Whip Coils. They're not going to help you as much as you think either. With the points saved from dropping the Lightning field, you could get a 6th Wraith.

1 Anni Barge is a great idea, 2 Anni Barges and you're covered, 3 Anni Barges, and you're hurting yourself. There is a lot more you can do with the points that you're using on 2 Anni Barges.

Pros, you've got a solid AV13 wall which means most opponents are going to be frustrated with that.
Cons:
- Anyone that can deal with Armor, like Dark Eldar, Tau, and AM, are going to frustrate you. Once the Quantum Shielding Drops, not even 'Jink' will save them for very long. (Tau are really good at dropping the QS, by being able to remove Jink, then glancing with Firewarriors)
- You are extremely vulnerable to Assault Armies. Not something to be afraid of, just aware of because your army is fairly limited by it's 24" range.
- You are leaving them with only being able to shoot the Wraiths, which is why you should keep them cheap and get as many as you can.

My Advice:
** I find the 'Warrior' Sandwich tactic of 2 Barges with a Warrior squad on foot in between 2 Barges to be more of a threat than 3 Barges. You're not taking advantage of the GA's ability to replace lost Warriors and this will give your opponent something else to shoot at. It is still very resilient with the 2 Arks replacing lost Warriors. Add in a Lord with an Orb (which you'll have if you drop the 3rd ABarge), and you're doing just fine.

** I really don't see the tactic on what you plan to do with the Wraiths. Are you using them and the CCB as a counter-charge or planning on being aggressive? If you're going defensive, then dropping that ABarge for more Wraiths (2 units of 4 if I did the math right), will you give you more coverage. Of course, if you do this, then Scarabs might better suit your needs, since both the 4 man Wraith Units and the Scarabs will only Tarpit any aggressive units until you're ready to shoot.

Other than that, coming along nicely - hope you do well.

I think you're right on the money though. Keep the Scarabs as one unit of 10 at this point level, you have the CCB to tie up as well if you need it. I don't know how many points you got left over, but I'd even run a unit of 7-8 Scarabs to squeeze the extra Warriors in. It's more a matter of Preference than anything practical.

... I don't get what you're trying to do with the Deathmarks.
If you had actually me and DESPAIRtek instead of destructek, yeah, ok, I can see what you were trying to do. But if they don't have a Nightscythe, it's better not to try running that combo, as to get close enough to use the flamer means risking deep strike mishap. Not worth it. Just have the Deathmarks, no one attached.
Use his points to give the Lord some Sempiternal Weave and bump up the Warrior blob count.
If possible, you could add some more Scarabs, too, and go 6 and 6.
