Has anyone done this and do you have any advice with this?

Also did you find it necessary to paint the inner face part before the final parts were glued?

For example, in this batch of Purifiers I'm do, I left off the weapons and backpack, because the 2 handed grips would block the chest and the backpack makes it awkward to get the back of the torso. I also left off the head to prime seperately and this made it easier to paint the inside of the gorget.

- Legs
- upper body without armor plates
- arms&weapons
- shoulders

would be my choice of parts.
All of them fit nicely without glue, so easy to find the look you are going for.
