Opinions on D12 based stats

Hi guys,

I'm in the process of building a d12 based system for a more skirmish level version of the game and would like some opinions on the stats i have attached.
They're not final or complete as i have missed some characters and races off and are more for guideline purposes to build a race around.
I have made some broad race changes to add some differentiations to them such as eldar are physically weaker but highly skilled and Tau have to buy suit upgrades.

The basic idea is you have to roll less than or equal to your stat on a D12 so 12 = fail.
The cost column isn't applicable I was just using it as rough guidance to gauge equivilency.

I would appreciate any feedback you have on this as i am trying to make the stats more level/representative of fluff to an extent (well my interpretaion).
If you would like to suggest additions (i dont know all armies intrinsically) please feel free.

I am still trying to devise the best method for this (suggestions welcome)
I have an older version of a comparison table I was starting to go with.
This would apply to both WS vs WS and S vs T

A comparison table would have to be constantly referenced during a game. Instead you could check the difference in stats.

For example a S 7 Marine vs a T 2 model would subtract 2 from his strength. Thus you'd need a 5 or lower to wound. This method would obviously need the S and T stats to be completely reworked but it wouldn't require a comparison table. This could also lead to some models having a S higher than 12 (Dreadnoughts).

WS would be a little more tricky as equal WS would mean you need a 1 to hit. This may be realistic perhaps but not very fun in a game...
You could make it not a comparison at all and just have them roll to hit with the WS as the required number. So a WS 8 model would need 8 or lower to hit, no matter what the WS of the target is.
Alternatively you could have a system where each combatant rolls their attacks at the same time and hits cancel each other out. So the side with more hits is the only one that gets to land blows that turn. The models with higher initiative would get to add attacks to their pool.

There's many ways to do it. It all depends on the scale of your skirmishes and how abstract you want it.

Opinions on D12 based stats

Interesting ideas.
The skirmish level would be a space marine is independent.
Orks might tag about in groups of 3-4.
Tau suits would be independent.
Nids would have 'swarms' of 5.

Its all very early stage at the moment which might make veiwing stats a bit pointless, but it was a building point to then make changes on.
I wanted some community type gauge on if they were way off or sort of reasonable.
