What gear are you putting on the suits? be sure you have a defined role for them, a lot of people try to make them fill multiple roles and they turn into couch/bed.

For the Necron list, Lychguard w/ sheilds are aweful. I have some, I use them because I like the model, but they are just so bad for being so expencive. Over 200pts for 5 guys who cant shoot, swing at I2 and onlt have a 3+4++, not worth it. Great they have powerweapons, but good luck foot slogging them into anyone.

I would drop them for 2 (count them) 2! Nightsythes.

Also your lord needs more gear than just a res orb, you are already sinking 120pts in him with just that, need something to keep him alive. SW and Phase shifter at least, maybe MSS.

Finally, cryptics are your friends. They can turn a 'meh' unit into a beatstick (note, this is really situational, ie tank hunting), this unit will proly still die in CC but what are you gunna do? its necrons.

Otherwise should be ok.

For the Necron list, drop the lychguard, give the overlord a WS, MSS, and a CCB. Add in some Annihilation Barges, they're too good right now.
