I saw a a chaos player play with a list similar to this at 3k, the only real change was he had a little more chaff, his core was built differently and another chimera, but I never play that high so I'm trying to compact it into 2400. Failing that, I'm looking for a list different to my usual special character exploit PLUS it incorporates my sexy sexy slaanesh aha!;

The Sorcerers join the horseman and harass, the chariots will kamaksi into the juicy units, marauders were to try out, skullscrushers are phenomenal, chimera in the flying squadron

As for the list, it seems fairly standard with the heavy hitters and the rest is seasoning. I'm not sure why the sorcerors are on steeds of slaanesh instead of just regular mounts if they're stuck with horsemen anyway, but I don't have my book handy to check on movement stats.

If you were going this far, why not put Lore of Slaanesh on your DP? It'd be a good step in the 'different' direction, and from experience it's actually pretty fun and effective. Take out one sorceror, leave the other with a dispel scroll, and make the DP a level 4 if you can squeeze it in on top of the rest. The only time to take hellstriders is with the slaaneshi list. For those who're curious, it's a Slaaneshi prince, tooled up out of every orifice. Slaaneshi BSB on a steed. 2 Level 2s on steeds(One on slaanesh, one on shadow with the familiar). Core of slaaneshi horsemen(2 units of 10, the rest in 5s). Hellstrider Bus- 10 with scourges. Two hellcannons.

The rest is to taste. The reasons for that set up are as follows. The prince is guaranteed Choir. And hopefully the level 2 shadow rolls mindrazor/withering. The entire list has ridiculous movement, and can dictate the game. You have three units that can fight(with support) and double flee. Just mess about in the movement phase, and detonate Choir with the prince.

Use the prince as normal, and support him with the bus. That's where the characters come in. It's easy to get them to a 3+ armour. You need the two sorcerers. Level 2 slaanesh. Level 2 shadow with the familiar. You could go without the slaanesh one if you feel lucky. And then 1-3 exalteds depending on points.

That way, you have a fast cav bus where the front rank is all 2+ armour, except for the 1+ armour BSB(Enchanted shield/4+ ward). I'd equip them all with lances, where possible. Or great weapons if you feel the need to try and grind, I don't recommend it though.

It's just the normal prince setup. But with MoS instead of MoN.
