Surely the Warlord Titan would be closer? Orks don't actually measure those things, fluff usually describes them as not two looking remotly the same. And really, to make things simple for you, AND to keep anyone from thinking your cheating them by making it OP... Just build one roughly equivalent in size and armature to either a reaver or warlord and play it as "counts as" for the same points.
