However, not until I got home did I notice I cannot adjust the psi.

looks like it operates around 43psi and max 57psi.

Most stuff i read online looks like people run between 15-25psi for model painting.

Thanks for the replies, but after doing some more research(which i should have done BEFORE hand) I swapped it out for a compressor with a built-in regulator and a tank. Much happier now.
Probably the best thing you could have done.
