What I am asking from you, is how many there are exactly? Are they like the ultramarines and 1k strong? Or are they smaller, also do they follow the usual 6 tacticals, 2 assault, 1 command, etc, with 3 devastators being the only difference?

Not sure about the structure, but again, because they are somewhat of a codex chapter the usual composition wouldn't be too far off.
