1) Assault Squads in Razorbacks
2) Fast Vindicators
3) Mephiston + Brodahh Corbulo team inside of a Storm Raven.

The mech works far better than jumpers in current eidition/codex.

I would go with what has been suggested, Blood Angels can hold an objective pretty well with a razorback and a 5 man assault squad.

I personally love Baal Predators and always try and fit 2 in a list.

That's the only semi-useful way.

And there's really not much profit in using Tacticals. I have used some and they work somehow.

If you field the Tacticals with only free special/heavy weapons, leave the Librarian, drop off the toys from Captain and give both Dev Squads plain ML's/HB's, you could afford something special.

So... meh, it's doable. If nothing else you could just play them with C:SM Chapter Tactics.

Raven Guard fits the Jump Pack fluff of Blood Angels and benefits your Tacticals with Scout/1st turn Stealth.
