The Nemesis Strike Force detachment only requires 1 Troops choice so the above is enough to start.

From there you can fill out your army. I'd start with Dreadknights and more Terminators. Then maybe a StormRaven for airsupport. Almost every unit is a little over 200 points except the Librarian so at 750 points you can fit 1 Librarian, 1 Terminator units and 2 more units of either Dreadknight, Stormraven, 5 Purifiers in Rhino or 5 Terminators. Those are my go-to units.
