Fantasy:
Skaven: 4,000 pts.
High Elves: 4,500 pts.
Dwarfs: 2,000 pts.
40K:
Eldar: 4,000 pts.
Blood Angels: 1,500 pts.
Tau: 6,000+ pts.

I added the 40k to show my tastes

But in seriousness I would go Chaos because they are a bit different from what you already have but then again Empire is too.
