Triarch Prefectus Khemet the Timelord

Triarch Prefectus Khemet the Timelord - 265 pts

During the long sleep of the Necrons the Triarch kept watch over the crypts and the immature species which grew around them. Bound to Necron law, the Triarch spread their influence in the shadows of many societies. In each sector the Triarchs are regulated by an Overlord of their own kind called a Prefectus.

The warp is the antithesis of the Necrons, a place and nature which the Necrons can only barely concieve, and even so only as an antithesis, as a resistance, as the otherwise. Yet bleeding from the warp over the long sleep into the dreams of mortal fleshy things were prophecies of the future which unraveled more than once Khemet's designs. As with many of his kind he became insane, obsessively desiring to know the future so he could apply Necron law as a crystallized force in the galaxy.

He downloaded the database of Cryptek temporal knowedge into his own mind, stressing his storage capacity and driving him further insane but granting him a peerless precognition among lifeless things. Though bound by Necron law to do nothing outside it, he toes the line in interpretation between enhancing his own material precognition and maintaining the eternal truth of Necron law.

Ws: 4
Bs: 4
S: 5
T: 5
W: 3
I: 2
A: 3
Ld: 10
Sv: 3+/3+

Type: Character, Jump Unit.

Equipment: The Covenant of Time, Timesplinter Cloak, Chronometron, Tachyon Arrow.
Special Rules: Everliving, Independent Character, Reanimation Protocols, Fearless, Deep Strike, Timelord Protocols.

The Covenant of Time: The Covenant of Time is a massively adjusted Rod of Covenant which has infused into it the ability of the Aeon Stave. It has the following two attack modes:
Melee S:+1 AP:2 Unwieldly, Aeonic
Range: 8" S:6 AP:2 Assault 1 Aeonic

Aeonic: Any model that suffers an an unsaved wound from the Covenant of Time has its weapon skill, ballistic skill, initiative and attacks reduced to 1 for the remainder of the game. That model also loses Fleet of Foot if it had it.

Timelord Protocols: Throughout the sector a number of out-of-phase automated chronometric stations scan wide and far into space and endeavor to calculate future events. Khemet can tap into his network to scan the battlefield and relay instructions to units under his command accordingly. Every turn Khemet may nominate a single friendly unit or vehicle. That unit or vehicle may re-roll a single D6 each phase until the beginning of the next turn. This power may stack on top of a Chronometron.
