I would recommend scrolling down the forums and looking in the warhammer fantasy part of the forums for more help.

I do play warhammer fantasy so I will give you a bit of advice:
I would recommend another 10-20 sword masters
You can pick up spearmen or seaguard to get up to 40 total. You can use the lothern seaguard as spearmen in most cases.

I would also get some dragon helms, 2 bolt throwers.

I would recommend getting Teclis because last time I asked a High Elves player he said he was 'a little bit' overpowered but being a Bretonnia player I don't really know much. A couple of bolt throwers and some Silver Helms maybe.
