I second that emotion.

I don't know why I feel the need to register my intense dislike for Tarantino and his "art", but I've heard it said you should indulge your deepest impulses, so they don't overwhelm you and consume your life in an inferno of repressed rage.

I have liked some of Tarantino's films, others not so much. I haven't seen Django Unchained yet.

I actually really liked it. Great cast, good story, and violent in a really unusual way. It's gorey, but not like, gore for shock, kind of unique. Also, the scene where Leonardio De Caprio goes freakin' berserk is actually awesome, because he legitimately cut his hand and its his real blood in the scene. It's damn crazy.

I haven't loved everything he has done, but Reservoir Dogs will always be one of my favorites, Kill Bill was great, and Pulp Fiction is on my list of great films to see. Also, if you like some of his work, check out films done by Takashi Miike. He has also done some really crazy films, with Sukiyaki Western Django being one of my favorites.

My wife made me go see it, and to me it seemed like an exercise in Tarantino's "I can't use the n-word in real life, so I'll hide behind a movie" impulse, which is apparent in several of his films. On top of that, the guy who played the travelling showman or whatever was just plain annoying through the whole film.

Truth in advertising, I just don't like Tarantino as a person or a director, and I am predisposed not to like his movies.

I'm pretty sure Tarantino uses [see forum posting rules] in real life, also Tarantino doesn't use [see forum posting rules] in his movies as safer way to say [see forum posting rules] in society.
