An Unkindness Of Ravens:
Any Assault Squads are now troops instead of fast attack when Severax is your warlord.

Darkness There And Nothing More:
Any jump pack equipped unit gains the "HIt And Run" special rule when severax is your warlord.

Raven's Fury:
All hammer of wrath attacks are +1 strength when Severax is your warlord.

Wargear:
The Tyrant's Banes (Lightning Claws w/ Master Crafted, Rending, +1 Strength)
Relic Blade
Bolt Pistol
Artificer Armour
Iron Halo
Frags

Honour Guard:

Make the Hammer of Wrath bonus only for units he joins.

Give Severax Hit and Run don't make it an army wide rule.

I know that Raven Guard use assault troops but they always strike me as a stealth based force so I wouldn't think they would have Assault Squads as Troops. Maybe d3 units can infiltrate?

I would have always thought that due to the numerous fights he has had with Tau, Prefered Enemy Tau wouldn't be out of place.
