I also started wargaming back in middle school during a summer camp classes my school district offered. I started with DBA and 100 Kingdoms War band. A few years later I moved into the 40k megaverse and been there and tried so many different games under the sun. Though I've stuck with the few popular ones of 40k, and Warmahordes. SM, Tau, IG.
