That being said I would give him the master rune of Grungi so he can have the 4+ ward rather than a unit banner, and vice versa give the hammerer banner the Valaya for Dispel

I am not a fan of the Organ its always been disappointing in my games, You should really have forging on the cannon, the rune is just plain amazing on them

Personally, while I like the Iron Drakes they are awfully expensive in a 1000 point army. If it were me, I'd use those points and add a Grudge Thrower. I'd consider dropping either the drakes or the 2nd copter to get forging and burning on your cannon, and possibly forging and accuracy on your organ gun.
