Fluff/ tournaments-Why not?

So, my friends and I were making fun of all the ridiculously unfluffy things that are allowed in games, like:
-Dark Angels Allied with Inquisition, Grey Knights, or black templar
-Space Marines Summoning daemons
-A combined nurgle/tzeentch daemons army
So, what about the idea of a tournament/matchup where you get bonus points for how fluffy your army is? Now how this would be graded is in question, and some units might have to be banned. How would this work? How would you grade each army?

It has been tried (it's called 'comp scoring'), and it sucks. There's no objective way to rate how fluffy a list is, so what it ends up being is that everyone shows up and plays some games, and then the TO decides who gets the prizes. And usually the prize goes to the player who forges an awesome narrative about how they're the TO's best friend.

Easiest solution. No allies. The only way you can put multiple armies on the table is to literally have a second player for a 2v2 game or more.
