Chaos Undivided kind of only existed because of the army lists, it was convenient to have a bonus to give as an alternative to the other marks, other than saving the points. You'll notice that in the background there were never any chaos legions that worshiped "chaos" as a separate thing from the gods.

The best examples are the WHFB Chaos Warriors and Chaos Beastmen, as well as the unmarked legions that are not word bearers. The Night Lords, Iron Warriors, Alpha Legion are famous for not worshiping chaos, but they do, actually, they do it like the tribes in the chaos wastes. The creed of non-aligned chaos is specifically that nothing is sacred and that the path to glory is to crush everything else.

So no, I don't think that they would worship all the gods equally, because worshipping chaos really means not believing in gods.
