What is Farsight's understanding of the Warp?

Just like the title says I am wondering just how much factual knowledge Farsight and his enclave have about the nature of the warp. To my knowledge, Arthas Moloch taught him that the warp is an alternate dimension to our own. This is an explanation to the "strange" phenomenon he has seen including Imperial warp drives.

Yet, at this point in time is he fully aware of the nature of the warp and chaos or is it all speculation on his part?

What is Farsight's understanding of the Warp?

I doubt he's fully aware, but based what's written in the Enclaves supp, it seems to say that he's got a fairly good idea of what the Warp is yet probably doesn't know the full extent. But whatever happened on Arthas Moloch he learned a few things, Demons are a thing, and Ethereals are bad news bears.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Obviously this is after his hermit days and 100+ years of meditating on the experience.

What is Farsight's understanding of the Warp?

His knowledge is probably similar to that possessed by most Primarchs (not Magnus) during the Crusade. That is to say, somewhat general and limited. He knows it's there, he knows it's inhabited, he knows it has great potential and harbors great danger.

I doubt he'd try to make any use of that knowledge, though. Why should he, unless he becomes truly desperate and needs an edge? Tau tech does pretty darn well without delving deeply into the Warp. Extensive knowledge of the Warp is not necessary for Tau faster-than-light travel like it is for the Imperium, and they have no real psykers (unless one counts Nicassar or Ethereals). So what would be the incentive to deal into the Warp in any depth?

Just asking.

My two teef.

Edit: read things wrong.

Ethereals are more implied to have other means of controlling the population, like pheromones or something.

But if you read the Aun'shi Ebook it states that when he went to the enclaves he didn't tell people he was an ethereal, meaning the people who have never met one or don't know what they are like you may encounter in the Enclaves don't treat them the same way they would if they know.
