A Powe Fist is not a Power Weapon as defined in the game, however.  If your model has the ability to purchase "Power Weapons", it is refering to Power Swords, Axes, Mauls, and Lances.  From a fluff stand point, yes, a Power Fist is very much in the same class as a Power Sword.<br /> <br /> SJ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Yeah, they're no longer in the same family.<br /> <br /> In the previous edition, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(105);'>PFs</span> were power weapons that doubled your strength. In the current edition they're a melee weapon with double <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>Str</span> and AP2. Power weapons are any one of a number of profiles.<br /> <br /> Fluffwise, they are power weapons. Except the powerfield is less important than the increased strength from the servos.]]></description>
