Yeah, the Inquisition is technically his primary as it has the warlord, even though he has a lot more points on the Grey Knights, organized as a Nemesis Strike Force Detachment. I'm not totally sure why he makes the Inquisitor the warlord, especially given the GK get a re-roll on traits with that detachment.
